Since October 2016 Ecoclub \u201cGreen Wave\u201d has arranged some events on the organizational development with the support of National Ecological Centre of Ukraine<\/a>\u00a0and Climate Forum East<\/a> project, as a member of Ukrainian Climate Group<\/a>. Four volunteers of Ecoclub have participated in the five-day internship in four leading ecological non-governmental organizations from different regions of Ukraine. In November, Anastasia Laznya visited humanitarian and philosophical CSO Ahalar<\/a>, where she took part in a multi-platform festival \u00ab\u0410HALAR-fest: the power of community experience\u00bb.<\/p>\n Kateryna Korotka went to energy efficient CSO \u00abEcoclub<\/a>\u00bb, Rivne, where she presented our research in green zones<\/a> and talked about similar problems in the planning of landscaping<\/a> in various Ukrainian cities. Daria Buhaichuk learned from progressive CSO \u00abForza<\/a>\u00bb, Uzhgorod, about forest pedagogy helping them hold a workshop<\/a> in late January. In March Daryna Kulaha visited Poltava to work with the most conscious and \u201cgreen\u201d public movement \u00abEkoltava<\/a>\u00bb, where she played ecological games on climate issues with schoolchildren using our handbook \u00abWhile playing change the world\u00bb<\/a>.<\/p>\n We should more actively promote the idea of volunteer\u2019s internship and integration of various CSOs activities, working on the ecologically friendly development of our communities in all corners of Ukraine. Such internships can be regarded as an effective and \u00abwarm\u00bb synergy of efforts of sympathizers and colleagues.
